I’m looking for a long-term tenant (1-year minimum) for my Echo Park 2-bedroom bungalow. The house is like being in the country—quiet, secluded and peaceful. It’s a five-minute walk downhill to the amenities of Echo Park, without being immersed in them.
Tons of charm, and lots of light, baby/kid/dog friendly and secure. Enjoy the view of the Hollywood sign, grab a lemon, lime, grapefruit or orange off one of the trees, pick some herbs from the garden and enjoy a glass of something on the deck, surrounded by jasmine and birds of paradise…
The house is on top of a hill in Echo Park with great views. It’s one of two houses on the same 8,000 sq ft lot. There is shared access to the front yard via the front gate, but each house has its own private outdoor space.
This bungalow features a large redwood deck and patio out front (with views of the Hollywood sign and even the Pacific on a clear day) and a large terraced back garden with patio. Air conditioning window units in each room. Working gas fireplace in the house. Parking (carport) included with EV charging installed—there’s also plenty of non-permitted street parking if you have more than one vehicle. An outdoor, always-heated hot tub is in the backyard, with shared access between the two units. Shared washer/dryer in laundry room below the house.
Rent is $4,000/month which includes AT&T Uverse 1000 Mbps fiber broadband, weekly gardeners, water and sewer charges. Gas & electric not included (LADWP / SoCalGas).
